Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all GUAPI tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
